Win presented a newly developed board game as a visual representation of the setbacks that families often face while navigating the lengthy, overly-complicated housing process, including redundant paperwork and constantly being forced by the city to prove they are poor and homeless. Win shelter residents, elected officials, and advocates gathered on the steps of City Hall just before a City Council hearing calling for the passage of three Win-sponsored bills sponsored by Council Member Brewer that would improve and expand the life-saving CityFHEPS voucher program.
